Bear in mind that different styles require different levels of equipment - Do you want a videographer who is discreet or right in the middle of the action?”

Pre-ceremony welcome drinks (especially if outdoors in hot weather) are a great idea and seem to stop the awkward moments between arrival and ceremony. Consider offering more than one drink post ceremony as that is not usually enough and never forget a good non-alcoholic option. When it comes to wine; white and rose is always more popular than red and 1/2 a bottle per person is historically more than enough. Make toasts more exciting with shots or a fancy non-alcoholic option for children and guests that are not drinking.”
