T & J had their hearts set on a wedding in Rome that would embrace the city's breathtaking views, indulge in the richness of local flavors, and ignite the night with an electrifying party. Our mission was to create an event that encompassed their unique personalities and style, with a focus on guest experience along with a chic yet modern style.

Villa Miani, nestled atop one of Rome's seven hills and offering a dreamlike setting for a wedding in Rome. The Italian villa feels timeless and is surrounded by lush gardens - it’s panoramic terrace boasts sweeping views of the Eternal City and really captures the essence of romanticism and elegance.

Bridal preparations took place at a neighboring luxury hotel before the destination wedding kicked off in Rome. The Bride stunned in a custom Vera Wang gown, adding an extra touch of glam to the day. To arrive at the church in Vatican City, she traveled in a Rolls Royce - a perfect blend of luxury and tradition.

The wedding ceremony took place at a church located in the heart of Vatican City, and it was a deeply touching and emotional service. The majestic interior of the church created a truly enchanting atmosphere, setting the perfect stage for this unforgettable moment.

Upon their return to Villa Miani, guests were greeted by the iconic views of Rome. We treated them to an array of traditional Italian cuisine, gelato served from a classic Fiat 500 cart and the elegant melodies of a live string quartet.

In terms of design, our aim was to infuse an elegant and subtle sense of drama while celebrating the villa's inherent beauty. We achieved this through unexpected and distinctive floral arrangements, complemented by modern signage that set a unique and captivating atmosphere.

T & J selected the courtyard of Villa Miani for dinner; a breathtaking space adorned with opulent design elements against a soft, muted palette. To introduce a touch of drama, we incorporated billowing drapes that danced in the gentle breeze, infusing movement and an extra layer of depth to the overall design.

As a destination wedding planner who has a strong focus on aesthetics, it's always exciting for us to blend the essence of each venue with the couple's individuality to craft a unique vision.

T & J had envisioned their wedding as an unforgettable experience for their guests, and we made sure to deliver an exhilarating rollercoaster of entertainment. From a surprise Italian opera singer for their first dance to an incredible show band and international DJ, we curated a lineup that kept the energy high throughout the celebration. To top it off, the bride surprised the groom with a heartfelt song, and they shared a joyous baby announcement, making the evening truly exceptional.

There was no doubt that this couple and their close-knit group were ready to party in absolute style. Their after-party request? To bring the sizzling energy of European clubs to Villa Miani's elegant chandelier-lit setting, and that's exactly what we delivered.
